President, Catherine Kline
Cathy is a 5th generation Texan with strong New England ties. Her Connecticut-born dad always said that he got here as quickly as he could. She is a retired educator who found her true vocation teaching middle and upper school math and science.
Leaving Texas after college, she returned in 2003 with her husband, Chuck, and two golden retrievers. They have a daughter and 3 granddaughters who live in Chicago, a daughter in Dallas, and a son in New York City. She and Chuck love to travel and do it as often as possible. They currently divide their time between Austin and mid-coast Maine.
Katherine has been instrumental in reawakening Cathy’s love of yoga. It has become an important part of daily life for her and her husband, especially enhancing meditation. Cathy and Chuck look forward to see Bliss Kid Yoga grow and serve children everywhere.
Charlie is a native Texan who grew up on Lake Travis under the Friday night lights playing football. He currently lives in South Austin with his beautiful wife, Katherine and handsome pup, Kash. During his down time he enjoys cooking, anything outdoors, and skydiving. Charlie first developed his passion for personal health and wellness when studying exercise science and kinesiology in college and lost 100 lbs. While earning his Bachelors of Science from UTSA, he interned at the local YMCA where he taught numerous youth exercise classes. The experience helped him understand how critical physical activity is for a young person. Once he met Katherine and began to understand the practice of Yoga he knew that it could truly impact the wellness of young athletes and the overall community.

Growing up, Sanda was immersed in the arts world, training as a classical ballet dancer and traveling to master classes and workshops throughout the country and overseas. While pursuing her undergraduate accounting degree, she was able to combine her love of numbers and organization with her love of dance, by providing bookkeeping services to a non-profit ballet theatre in Boston. After working for a large accounting firm post-graduation, she completed an MBA program and found her home with a family office services firm in Boston, for whom she continues to work remotely.
In 2006, Sanda and her husband arrived in the Austin area and have made it their home. They have twin 6 year olds boys and the family enjoys swimming, reading and training together in the martial arts. Their sons have recently discovered a love for Hip Hop and take classes with a local dance studio.
When Sanda’s sons were 3 years old, they joined a yoga class for preschool children, taught by Katherine. Sanda credits these early years of yoga practice with giving her boys the tools to handle the day-to-day frustrations. She is excited to see other young children have the opportunity to acquire these same life skills.
