Happy Halloween Yogis!

Let’s do some spooky yoga!

“Boo Breath”: Inhale through your nose and let it out through your mouth while saying “boooooooo”. Try it loud and then work your way down to a whisper.

Haunted House Adventure:

Do your “mummy walk” as you creep through the enchanted forest looking out for the sights, sounds and smells of Halloween. Some poses to try.

Spider Pose

Spider Pose

  • Half-Moon
  • Witch (Warrior 2 or 3)

    Row Row Your Boat

  • Cat
  • Spider
  • Cobra
  • Spooky Tree (Tree with moving arms)
  • Werewolf (dog)
  • Stars (arms and legs out, rock back and forth from leg to leg)
  • Pumpkin (child’ pose)
  • Go over the river (boat pose)
  • Enter the Haunted House (Someone in dog while others crawl under)

Once in the Haunted House have a freeze dance party! Then bring the energy down with “boo breath” and candle gazing.
