Let’s do some spooky yoga!
“Boo Breath”: Inhale through your nose and let it out through your mouth while saying “boooooooo”. Try it loud and then work your way down to a whisper.
Haunted House Adventure:
Do your “mummy walk” as you creep through the enchanted forest looking out for the sights, sounds and smells of Halloween. Some poses to try.
- Witch (Warrior 2 or 3)
- Spooky Tree (Tree with moving arms)
- Werewolf (dog)
- Stars (arms and legs out, rock back and forth from leg to leg)
- Pumpkin (child’ pose)
- Go over the river (boat pose)
- Enter the Haunted House (Someone in dog while others crawl under)
Once in the Haunted House have a freeze dance party! Then bring the energy down with “boo breath” and candle gazing.
